We are a small but mighty team supporting a more diverse and equitable work environment.

First Gen Cohorts was developed by Success Cohorts LLC, founded by Betti Fujikado and Carla Corkern. Betti and Carla have been successful CEOs and are dedicated to developing programs for career success. Linnea Soo is our Program Manager with consulting and DEI experience.

Founder and former CEO of Copacino+Fujikado, Betti is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with experience mentoring young adults through UW Foster School of Business.

Carla Corkern Co-Founder

Carla is a board member of numerous businesses in the healthcare industry and franchise owner. She is also a dedicated Vistage CEO Peer Group Leader and experienced company advisor.

Linnea Soo Program Manager

Linnea has a politics degree from Whitman College with with a focus on race and gender studies. She developed her skills at a management consulting firm learning from start-up and established company cultures.
