We take members through a rigorous and tested curriculum using a cohort to create a team atmosphere and 1:1 meetings for individual support.
First Gen Cohorts is our organization dedicated to first generation college graduates.
Success Cohorts has always been the company behind First Gen Cohorts, its first program. We are expanding who we serve in 2022 to be more inclusive, allowing you to choose which type of cohort would provide a sense of belonging. For January, we are planning on cohorts for first generation college graduates, BIPOC, and parents.
The Curriculum was developed alongside those who serve first generation college graduates, working parents, and BIPOC and members from or past cohorts. There are twelve (12) 90-120 minute sessions with cohort members and six (6) monthly one-to-one meetings with your coach. Coaches are like-experienced, either first gen, parent, or BIPOC with 4+ years of work experience.
Four segments to successful completion
Cohorts complete the Success Cohorts program with a Career Plan in hand and tools for its successful attainment. The Curriculum includes;
Examining who you are and what you bring to your career
Evaluating where you are at your current company
Developing the skills to achieve your career goals
Determining your career plan and how to achieve it
