We invite you to apply to our next cohorts starting in the beginning of 2022. Help us hone our program to provide the best coaching and career support for first-generation college graduates, working parents, and BIPOC at work. “First Gen Cohorts was an incredible program, it equipped me with valuable skills, gave me the confidence to land my full-time job, and paired me with incredible connections. We all met during the pandemic, and as recent grads, most of us felt disillusioned entering quarantine amidst a historically bad job market. Motivation was drained.
FGC helped me recalibrate myself. The bi-weekly sessions were always engaging and taught me valuable lessons, ranging from: Setting goals, being accountable, and growing your network. There are two ways to participate:
Company Paid. If your company has professional development reimbursement programs, let’s work together to approach your company. Contact linnea@firstgencohorts.com to discuss. The cost for the six month program is $500/month, $3,000 total.
Scholarships. If your company doesn’t have a professional development reimbursement policy, no worries! We also have scholarships available and we encourage you to apply.
The number of cohorts and timing will be determined by the number of applicants. The program will begin on January 11, 2022 for six months meeting semi-monthly for full cohort sessions and monthly with just your coach.
