The name change was to focus on the end benefit of our program: “Success.” The program itself isn’t changing, but we felt this was also more inclusive to all historically underrepresented communities. Read more about the name change by one of our co-founders, Betti Fujikado, here.
First Gen Cohorts, now Success Cohorts, is dedicated to first-generation college graduates’ (and others’) career success. We provide coaching and community to level the playing field, producing measurable results for employers and FGC members.
